Dabase
A Web3 IMO DAO-based infrastructure built for the Secure, Transparent and Efficient Fundraising Industry
Dabase is a DAO-governed, smart-contracts escrow-based funding platform for connecting Web3 Startups with VCs/Investors to solve Startup capital needs in the early stages while ensuring an effective investment environment and minimizing risks for VCs/Investors.
Startups, to raise funds in any early stages, need to break down their roadmap milestones with timelines according to the actual capacity.
Funds are then not to be disbursed in one go but based on investors’ consent through a voting mechanism in DAO.
Early investors, especially VCs, will choose a startup to fund with extended control of their financial contributions.
The milestone offering minimizes investors' risks by dividing invested capital into different stages. If a startup fails at an early milestone, the capital assigned to later milestones can be withdrawn safely, reducing potential losses.
Dabase platform firstly does not issue a governance token that grants voting rights. Investors oversight the projects based on their invested funds. In simple, only invested stakeholders have the right to the funds.
