Any web3 account after successful KYC can submit a Buidl. The Buidl Space is a place for buidlers to share project information as well as sign up for upcoming hackathons.

However, only the verified Builds which pass in review are able to create Pools for fundraising.

Any investors with verified KYC can apply to the Pool.

Startup has the right to choose investors in the waiting list.

All the investment details will be deployed and managed by smartcontract. Pool owner need to deposit tokens to Pool Smartcontract, and investors also deposit funds. This rule ensures that all investments are taken seriously by both parties.
